Discovery — Find what matters
Discovery begins by identifying the files that need to be reviewed for the transaction. Octosight applies forensic-grade search across virtual data rooms, endpoints, and shared repositories to surface relevant content across large, distributed file environments.
Search criteria are defined centrally and applied consistently, narrowing massive file populations into a defensible working set. Teams start from a shared foundation instead of reopening files or repeating searches as deadlines approach.
All findings remain linked to the original files and their locations, establishing traceability from the first step of the deal.
Diligence — Make defensible decisions
With the right material curated, deal-trained agents and models assist teams in reviewing content at deal scale. Agents surface discrepancies, compare similar clauses or documents, and support targeted questions across large file volumes.
Models operate only on curated, reviewable data, allowing diligence questionnaires to be turned into structured reports with every conclusion tied back to reviewed source material.
Human judgment remains central. Teams review findings, confirm or correct recommendations, and make decisions that can be aggregated, challenged, and explained in terms of risk, valuation, and deal terms.
Classification — Identify sensitive data before it moves
After signing, before assets cross organizational boundaries, Octosight enables classification of sensitive personal, health, payment, or regulated data.
Classification can be applied to deal materials and, when required, extended across broader sell-side digital assets. Findings remain traceable to specific files and exact locations, giving teams visibility into exposure before systems are split or combined.
Deal-trained agents follow centrally defined guidance to identify information patterns relevant to the transaction and recommend appropriate treatment, while humans retain final judgment.
Remediation — Carry decisions through to action
Remediation is where decisions become durable outcomes. Before any files are moved or deleted, required data is preserved under direction from the organization's legal team, including support for formatting and export to eDiscovery platforms such as Relativity and Nuix.
From there, Octosight carries human decisions through to execution. Files are separated to the correct side of the transaction or permanently deleted to Department of Defense standards, with actions applied consistently across all identified copies.
Guided workflows provide dynamic instructions to in-scope personnel, integrated support ticketing resolves questions as they arise, and leadership dashboards provide real-time visibility into progress, consistency, and risk from Day 1.
Continuous, defensible execution
